The mission of the Seattle African American Comfort Program (SAACP) is advocating, creating and coordinating culturally respectful end-of-life services for African Americans.
Our goal is to provide education about access, medical, psychosocial, spiritual and legal services to African Americans who are facing end-of-life issues and considering hospice. We provide these services in the community at convenient locations, by telephone and through our web site. Services are provided at no charge to individual clients and at a negotiable charge for those seeking training to improve their knowledge and skills; either individuals, organizations or teaching programs.
